1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Pension Nippgen to guests via our website or third-party platforms.

2. Booking & Contract

A binding booking is established upon confirmation by us via email or the booking system (e.g. Smoobu). By placing a booking, the guest accepts these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and card payment  For non-refundable rates, full payment may be required in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations later than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. We recommend that guests purchase travel cancellation insurance.

5. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 14:00 Check-out: until 11:00 Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request and subject to availability.

6. Use of Rooms

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and liable for any damage caused during their stay. The rooms are for registered guests only. No parties or unregistered overnight stays are allowed.

7. Smoking & Pets

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Liability

PensionNippgen is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables unless caused by gross negligence. Use of parking and facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations (GDPR). More information can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is the registered address of Pension Nippgen.
